The budget transformation converts P.S. Publishing’s 1st floor into a welcoming neighborhood hub—combining an ice cream and book café with a flexible space for events and meetings. The standout front gate up-cycles leftover aluminum printing plates from the factory into a bookshelf-inspired structure, turning discarded materials into a playful display that catches light and spotlights book covers.

Inside, the upcycled aluminum plates extend to form the main bar table, creating a seamless connection between the entrance and the interior. Paired with Everyday’s signature slotted angle metal bars, the design mixes raw, practical industrial materials with subtle craft. It is a warm, sustainable intervention that reflects P.S. Publishing’s core identity—bringing books, coffee, and people together.
