On the 20th floor of building near BTS Surasak, tech workers, advertisers, and voice actors have shared a physical space for years. Casual interactions in its common area sparked unexpected creative synergies in performing arts, proving the venue held potential far beyond a standard office or recording studio.

Project is to transform the floor into an affordable, membership-based platform for artistic expression. The initiative began by welcoming familiar artists back into the space to meet, exchange ideas, rehearse, experiment, and foster cross-generational learning.
